1.12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEBETTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

1.13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Moldova.

• 14-Day Refund Period: For new subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
• Pro-rated Refunds: After the 14-day period, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion for the unused portion of your subscription.
• No Refund for Partial Months: Refunds are not provided for partial months of service after the initial 14-day period.

3.5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided if:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
